      JLH cotton mattress is fabricated using common mechanical processing methods, including benching, lathe machining, drilling, chipping, CNC machining, hone machining, and so on. Heng Xing branded mosaics have been certified under SGS, TUV, BV and CE
      The production of JLH cotton mattress involves the following major steps. It has to go through stamping, coating, painting, drying, and polishing by respective machines. Heng Xing branded mosaics have been marketed for 10 years
      JLH cotton mattress has to go through the following production stages. They include metal materials preparation, cutting, polishing, and mechanical assembly. New machines such as 68 meter long kiln are adopted for manufacturing Heng Xing branded mosaic
      Flexible production control of JLH cotton mattress is conducted. Its materials, mechanical parts, and other components will be respectively checked and tested by specific QC teams. The design of mosaics is carried out by Hengsheng's professional design team
